Our aim is to provide a cost effective, practical and personalised service with a focus on delivering solutions to meet customer needs. By means of the design and build approach to construction, we remain the single point of responsibility for delivery of service and can accurately control what happens in the project from the design stage through to actual construction.

The ability to evaluate materials and build methods right from the onset between the designer and the builder proves to be more cost effective than having to liaise back and forth between designers and builders of independent companies. We have also found that the overall speed at which a project can be completed is improved when the designer and builder work together as is often possible to start building one phase of a project before the final phases have even been fully designed.

Finally, with the design and build method, it is easier to ensure the overall quality of the build project because it is less likely that there will be disputes or conflicts between designers and builders, which frequently arise in projects where they operate under separate contracts.
