The core of the company’s business has been built around the refurbishment of commercial buildings and re-instating leased buildings back onto the market by completing dilapidations schedules from clients for a fixed priced within agreed time frames.

The majority of this work is for our regular client base who continue to provide this source of work to us built on trust, quality and delivery.
